On ethnogvessr there are no ads, no cookies and no analytics. The day's rounds are archived as they are dealt, so the game keeps playing even when the wider web is having a bad day.
The other EthnoGuessr sites
Most fall into two kinds.
- Game portals show the game inside a frame, surrounded by other games and, usually, ads. The game is whatever the frame happens to load.
- Look-alike copies run their own version, often with unlimited or streak modes. Their rounds, regions and scoring are their own, so a score there may not match the daily anyone else played.
Which to play
If your group chat wants one image a day, standings nobody else can read and a streak that follows you between phone and laptop, this is the room for it.
